What we collect
Your name, email address, the details you give at registration, your responses to the 30 statements, your journal entries, and your Sovereign Alignment Map. We also record the dates you begin and complete a Reflection.
Why we hold it
To show you your results, to let you return to an unfinished Reflection, and to send the emails you asked for. That is the whole list.
Your journal entries
Journal entries are yours. They are not read by Amirah, not shown to other participants, and not used to write your results or your profile.
We email you only if you checked the results consent box at registration. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing does not delete your account or your results.
Who else sees it
The service providers who run our hosting, database, and email delivery, and only to the extent needed to run them. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. When you delete it, your responses, journal entries, and Map are deleted with it and cannot be recovered.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time from your dashboard, or by writing to us.
